We are redesigning the NRPF Network website to make it easier for you to find support and information online.

We’d like to invite you to take a survey and share your feedback so we can make sure the new website works better for you.

The survey should take about 10 to 20 minutes. It is open until 14 June.

Universal offer for 3 and 4-year-olds

15 hours per week of free childcare is provided universally to all children in England who are aged 3 and 4 years old. Children can receive this regardless of their, or their parent's, immigration status.

The universal provision consists of 570 hours of free childcare or early education each year, which must be taken over at least 38 weeks. For example, 15 hours per week for 38 weeks of the year.

More information and how to apply

Families can refer to the government information about 15 hours free childcare and information about how to apply for childcare

Councils can refer to the statutory guidance on early education and childcare
