Changes to services due to bank holiday

There will be changes to some services because of the bank holiday on Monday 26 May. This includes what day we will collect your rubbish and recycling, library opening times and parking enforcement. Check for changes to services.

View your rent statement

How to view your rent statement using My eAccount. You will need your rent account number.

You can view your rent statement using your My eAccount.

  1. Log into your My eAccount
  2. Choose 'Council Housing'.
  3. Click 'View your rent account'.

To see your statement, you'll need to enter the rent account number shown on your rent payment card or housing statement.
